More Wedding Information
Bull Creek Ranch is priced by the hour or by the day. The rates vary according to the calendar. All the tables, chairs, linens, glassware, silverware, and china are priced individually and separate from the building. The ceremony site is also priced seperately from the building, at $350.
Please appoint a responsible liason to handle important details during your event. This is a serious, important role so you may wish to bring your representative to your planning meeting with the event manager. Your client representative should:
- Arrive at the beginning of the preparation time on the day of the event, introducing oneself to staff, caterers, musicians, florists, and other vendors.
- Coordinate everyone's schedule, cue the bridal party, and be sure that planned arrangements and Ranch policies are followed.
- Remind caterers, musicians, and all vendors of prearranged departure times. This liason needs to leave last and sign out with the staff.
Furniture Setup
After your preparation time begins on the day of the event, it is your responsibility to rearrange furniture to accomodate guests. Rental furniture is to be set up by your caterer or group and must be approved by our event manager. Fireplace benches cannot be moved and are for seating only. In inclement weather, we will set up indoors.
Deliveries
Time and dates of deliveries and pick-ups by your caterers and vendors must be arranged in advanced with the event manager to coincide with regular hours. We are not responsible for items left here before or after your event.
Music and Dancing
Dancing is encouraged indoors or on the patio deck. Lake House acoustics are excellent. Amplification is to be used indoors only, well away from the doorways, except during a patio wedding ceremony. Sound level must remain acceptable for a residential neighborhood and be aprroved by staff on duty. Amplification cannot exceed a decible level of 95. Please inform your musicians of our sound limits. We recommend live, non-amplified music for best results.
Children
It is imperative that you continuously supervise any children present at your event. Many clients have found that they can protect the Lake House as well as provide a more enjoyable experience for their guests and children if they hire professionals to supervise youngsters.
