What is Bull Creek Ranch responsible for?
BCR takes care of the setup of all the tables, chairs, linens, china, silver, glassware, and any of our decor items rented. The setup will be in place when your caterer arrives. Outdoor setup is provided by the caterer. BCR will get all rented items to the outdoor area, and your caterer will be responsible for arranging them. Chairs at the ceremony site will be delivered, set up, and taken away by our contracted rental company. BCR will take care of breaking down all the tables, chairs, and linens. Your caterer is responsible for washing and putting away all of the china, silverware, and glassware. BCR is also repsonsible for cleaning the building with the exception of the kitchen, which is the caterer's responisbility.
Should we have insurance?
Although it is not required by BCR, it is a good idea to secure insurance for your event, especially if you have guests drinking. Because BCR does not provide any alcohol, the host is legally responsible for drinking guests. Check your homeowner's insurance policy to find out if you are covered for an event away from your home.
What style of payment do you take?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC and AMX
What is the cancellation policy?
An 80% refund of the estimate may be returned if cancelled 6 months prior to the event. If the event is cancelled inside of 6 months of the contracted date, the deposit is non-refundable unless the date can be rebooked. If the date is rebooked, 20% of the estimate will be refunded.
Can we self-cater?
You have the option to self-cater, provided a staff is hired.
Self-catering will require the hiring of kitchen staff and staff for cleaning and removal of trash, as well as coordinatin of dishes and servers. Outside caterers require $300 fee with approval
